Our field technicians carry a large inventory of parts to handle most breakdowns. We stock standard limit switches, buttons, and overloads for immediate job completion. All our technicians are equipped with electric meters, welding equipment, and a variety of hand tools to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
Expert Baler Service for Most Brands
We are trained in repairing recycling equipment from various baler providers.
Bramidan offers specialized service for most brands of vertical and horizontal balers. Our experienced service department is skilled in repairing brands such as Balemaster, American Baler, Max Pak, Maren, and Marathon.
We resolve issues like auto-tie malfunctions, stuck inserters on horizontal balers, failure to start automatically, and other common problems. For vertical balers, we are proficient in servicing BACE and Harmony balers, along with the other brands mentioned.
Common issues we address with vertical balers include bale ejection failures, broken ejector chains, leaking cylinders, and non-responsive units.

Preventative maintenance (PM) is essential for keeping garbage compactors and balers running smoothly and extending their lifespan. Typical PM tasks include replacing filters, changing oil, replacing wear parts such as UHMW wear pads, and greasing the most crucial moving parts.
A typical PM on a standard baler or compactor takes a few hours and costs around $300 + potential parts. Some larger equipment including horizontal balers, pre-crusher compactors, auger compactors etc. might take longer time to PM and therefore the associated costs could be higher.

Our specialists utilize three different forklifts for various service jobs, including our large 12,000 lbs Yale forklift. For larger equipment, we have access to rental units from local companies as needed. We also have scissor lifts available for tasks at higher elevations.
