Cardboard Balers

Our Cardboard Balers are Built to Deliver Results
At Bramidan, we design and manufacture cardboard balers that combine high performance with long-lasting durability. A cardboard baler is a baler developed specifically for cardboard, and it can compress waste by up to 90%, making cardboard boxes and other recyclable materials into manageable, transport-ready bales. This means less handling, lower costs, and greater efficiency.
For over 50 years, we have been supporting businesses of all sizes – from local shops to large production facilities – in optimizing their waste management. Regardless of your waste volume, we have the right cardboard baler for your needs.
Each cardboard baler is designed with user-friendliness, quiet operation, and safety in mind – ensuring tight, uniform bales that are easy to move and recycle.

How to Use a Cardboard Baler
- Cardboard Loading: Remove non-cardboard materials before loading the machine. Whole cardboard boxes are recommended – it saves time and produces bales with higher compaction.
- Compaction: The machine compresses the cardboard into compact bales and reduces the volume by up to 90%.
- Baling and Storage: Once the cardboard waste is compacted and the volume reduced, it is baled into a solid and manageable cardboard bale. These are easy to stack and store until they are picked up.

FAQ: Most Common Questions & Answers
Yes, you can easily use the same machine for both waste types, but not at the same time. We suggest making separate bales of solely cardboard or plastic.
While you are baling cardboard, collect and sort soft plastic waste, like shrink wrap. Once you tied off and ejected the cardboard bale, begin to make the plastic bale.
