    Built for Tougher, Bulkier Waste

Bramidan Pre-Crushers are designed for high-volume dry and difficult-to-compact materials such as wood crates, pallets, steel drums, furniture, and industrial waste. By crushing bulky items before compaction, they create smaller, denser loads that are easier and more efficient to handle.

    Heavy-Duty Performance for Demanding Applications

With 85,000 lbs of press force and robust heavy-duty construction, the Pre-Crusher is built for waste streams that require more than standard compaction. Hardox steel, a 4-inch solid steel front wall, and reinforced construction provide the strength and durability needed for repeated handling of tough, bulky materials.

Heavy-Duty Pre-Crushers – for Tough and Bulky Waste:

    • Handles difficult materials such as wood crates, pallets, steel drums, furniture, and industrial waste
    • Breaks down bulky items into smaller, denser loads before compaction
    • 85,000 lbs of press force for demanding waste applications
    • Helps reduce the number of waste collections and hauling costs
    • Hardox steel construction provides added durability
    • 4-inch solid steel front wall withstands repeated heavy impact
    • Tongue-and-groove floor and sidewalls help minimize material buildup
    • PLC-based controls support reliable operation and productivity
    How does the precrusher work?
    1. Load Waste – Open the feed opening and toss waste into the compactor unit.
    2. Start Compaction – Activate the compactor by pressing the start button. The auger or ram will compact the waste and move it into the attached container.
    3. Monitor Fill Level – Keep an eye on the fill level indicator. A notification will alert you when the compactor is full.
    4. Container Exchange – When notified, detach the full container from the compactor.
    5. Container Pickup – Your waste company will pick up the full container.
    6. Replace Container – Attach an empty container to the compactor unit to resume operations.
