    How does the horizontal CC40 baler work?

    Continuous filling of waste with efficient work flow

    1. Toss your cardboard or plastic waste into the hopper.
    2. The press cycle is started by an automatic light barrier.
    3. Bales are automatically tied and pushed out of the channel.
    4. Use a pallet jack to remove the finished bales.

    Where should I install the horizontal baler?

    The horizontal baler can be placed both indoors and outdoors. The machine requires a solid foundation e.g. concrete or pavement that can support the weight.

    If you place the baler outside, we recommend that you place it under a roof to protect it from wear and tear.

    What can I compress in a horizontal baler?
    A horizontal baler can be used to compress soft materials such as cardboard, paper, and shredded PET.
    What is the cycle time of a horizontal baler?
    The cycle time is the time from the press starts till it has returned into position again, and you can continue fill in more waste. The cycle time depends on the machine type and can be as short as 24 secs.
    How do I fill my waste material into the horizontal baler?

    We offer a variety of filling options for our horizontal balers depending on your needs, like filling from both sides, from the back, and from the top. Both manual filling and automatic filling is possible.

    How large are the bales produced in a horizontal baler?

    The size of the bales depends on the channel baler. Have look at the product specifications here. Bale weights vary depending on channel baler model and material. Expect bale weights between 440 and 660 lbs in the smallest model and 770 and 990 lbs in the largest model.
