Phoenix cuts recycling services

When it comes to recycling Phoenix is not focused on the desert, it is focused on China. In fact, the Phoenix City Council is debating whether to raise recycling rates, cut some recycling services or cut their recycling program altogether. Phoenix it seems, like other states has trouble not contaminating its recycling and thus creating a crisis in China that increased its quality standards after decades of abuse by American recyclers.
