    Monitor & Analyze Your Equipment

Make the most of your equipment with our intelligent monitoring solution. We call it BRA-IN, Bramidan Intelligence. With BRA-IN you can make faster and better decisions, reducing your costs of operation while minimizing your impact on the environment.
In our business BRA-IN is short for Bramidan Intelligence, and a collective name for our special developed IOT system. This links all connected compaction equipment with IT systems, providing you with a 360 degree view of your equipment minimizing direct and indirect waste handling costs over time.

    Remarkably Low Noise Level
Most balers run at around 70-80 dB. At that level they can be harmful. People do not think to wear ear protection while running a baler, and with our baler you never have to, as we have mitigated the noise.
Many people miss the significance of the low noise levels you get when choosing a Bramidan baler. With the prevalence of earbuds and other devices in our ears most of the time in our leisure, hearing loss is a serious threat. What most people don’t understand about decibels is that their calculation is at a ratio. So the difference between 1 decibel and 10 is a lot in sound comparison.

Which door type is the most suitable when I need to compact PET bottles?

Our Flap Door is specially developed for handling PET bottles.

The Flap Door works just like a chute for the bottles and makes it easy to throw bottles directly into the baler either separately or in full sacks.

    Can I compact cans?

Yes, you can bale cans and other light metal waste (ie. aluminum) in a baler.

To bale cans, you will need a machine with a high press force that will compact the material during the first press cycle. With cross cylinders and long cylinder strokes, our X-series balers are designed for compacting cans and other heavy duty materials.

For a tight and stable bale, we suggest layering a piece of cardboard on both the top and bottom of the finished bale. Another option is to cover the finished bale in shrink wrap.

Do you know who can pick up my bales?
Usually, your regular waste collector can handle the bales. Otherwise, we recommend contacting your local recycler who may be able to help you.
Where should I install my machine?

The best place to install your baler depends on your internal work procedure and waste flow. We suggest placing the baler near the waste source to allow for more efficient waste handling.

We are happy to help you find the best location for your machine.

How does tying the bale work?

All of our balers have a special pre-load system, which makes it both safe and easy to tie off a carboard or plastic bale. Since the wire and strapping is loaded prior to baling, there is no need to go behind the baler.

    1. While the baler is empty, pull the strapping or wire along the channels inside the chamber and secure with a loop at the front of the machine.
    2. Baler is ready to use – toss in material and make a cardboard or plastic bale.
    3. When baler is full, pull the strapping or wire from the back of the chamber to the front. Tie with the loops you made earlier.
    4. The machine has a knife attached to easily cut strapping.
    5. Eject the finished bale.
Do you have a compaction solution for recyclables that contain residual liquid?

Yes, we supply a draining add-on for select models. With this solution, you will be able to bale waste materials that contain liquids, such as aluminum cans and PET bottles.

To prevent splashing, our draining system also includes a seal for the bottom door. Learn more about the draining add-on here.

We also offer a galvanized model for customers who are interested in compacting materials with liquid residue, which will prolong the life of your baler.
