Factory of the future
All Bramidan balers are produced at our factory in Denmark. In order to make some of the highest quality and most competitive balers in the market, we had a vision of reducing our factory lead time to less than 24 hours. Therefore, we invested in a pre-treatment and robot powder coating plant. With this new plant we can produce a vertical baler within 24 hours from start to finish.
The VR-programming saves time in the coating process and the powder coating robots facilitate a quick shift between colors.
In the last few years, we also installed welding robots and streamlined our production with conveyor belts. We established ergonomic workplaces in the welding and mounting sections of our factory. We believe we now have a factory that is well equipped and ready for the future.
